Anna Weber | Literary Strategist

Anna Weber is a Literary Strategist. She is the founder of Voices in Print, an organization founded to inspire individuals to explore the possibilities of writing, publishing and promoting their most passionate message as a book – in an effort to put their own Voices in Print and become highly compensated for leaving their mark on the world.  Anna’s passion for supporting the efforts of debut authors began over a decade ago, when she was influenced by the continuing struggle of aspiring authors who found the pathway – from inspiration to having a profitable published product – cumbersome, confusing, overwhelming and disappointing. While assessing the challenges of an industry deep in transformation, Anna was drawn to fully understanding the industry, the publishing process, and the little unknown things that make a big difference in the quality and speed of successfully promoting a manuscript.

Her path has been straight and the dedication to her journey strong.  This trail led her to study with the best of the best throughout the industry, honing her knowledge and skills – and in the process, discovering personal strengths, enduring resilience, and a commitment to serve both an industry that deserves to flourish in spite of myriad changes, and authors who deserve to bring their messages to the world – with a continuing quality that does not mar the artisanship always held to the highest degree.

As an author herself, Anna’s passion is founded on sharing wisdom and gifts with others; known as an expert in providing both practical and creative solutions to her client’s most overwhelming author situations. Many clients have shared they feel her the “perfect partner” to help them move beyond their limitations, and the obscurities of the process – making them feel fully supported as they seek to take advantage of the fact that there is no better time in history to write a book than the present. In addition to industry knowledge, she teaches clients to deepen and strengthen their own abilities – as authors and as business owners who recognize their book as a marketable “product.”

There are countless publishing support services; however, it is her unique diversified experience which gives Anna the seasoned business insight necessary to deliver top-notch advisory services to authors. In fact, Anna’s clients site her unshakable confidence and unprecedented honesty as the qualities that set her apart from others in the industry. She has experienced many recent changes in publishing and the technology that noticeably shifts the manner in which books are more successfully marketed.  As a result of her ability to understand the intricacies of a somewhat complicated process, Anna easily summarizes and strategizes them for her clients – saving them an exorbitant amount of time, effort and financial resources by helping them create a Motivated Action Plan (MAP). This tool brings the focus, direction and consistent action required to complete the goal of writing, publishing, and successfully marketing a book project.

Disciplined, self-directed and with proven success in managing processes to “get the job done”,  Anna’s work ethic can be summarized by a Wayne Dyer phrase often quoted to clients, “ There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there’s only scarcity of resolve to make it happen. – Let’s resolve to DO THAT!” Her perceptive interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a friendly nature enable her to work productively with people in all support positions as an independent contributor – and a team player. She is an enthusiastic achiever who combines creativity, flexibility and resourceful problem-solving with outstanding organization, research and attention to detail to deliver results and meet demanding objectives.
