Anna Weber combines close to two decades of being a Small Business Coach and Literary Strategist, serving sassy Entrepreneurs and savvy Service Professionals not only in her Arizona community, but also clients on an international level. Anna served on faculty for Christian Mickelsen’s Small BIZ U, Australia’s 24-7 Coaching and Deborah Robinson’s televised Visionary program. Anna is an Associate Member of Author U and member of Author’s Academy, the Million Dollar Author Club and Brendon Bruchard’s Expert Academy.
She holds a double major in management and finance and a Masters in Organizational Management, is an Arizona Bar-Certified Paralegal, and is Coach Certified with CTA, a coach training organization that is noted to be in the top ten in the world and holds the International Coach Federation accreditation. Anna is also trained in the Dynamics of Human Change.
Anna has presented keynote speeches and workshops to large corporations such as Wells Fargo, Lexus and Arbonne; to organizations such as Rotary, ASBA (Arizona’s Small Business Association), Business and Professional Women (being selected as Woman of the Year 2004) and numerous Arizona Chambers of Commerce, as well as to various networking groups such as LeTip, BNI, Shared Vision Network Masterminds, eWomen Network, and Success Dynamics. Her clients cross all industries… from professional service providers such as attorneys and dentists to sales professionals such as Loan officers, Realtors and Insurance Agents, from artists and authors to other therapists and coaches. Robert Stearns, BA, BS, EdMC&I, EdS has long been an advocate of continuing education – bringing his highest self-expression to administration and training. A Certified Trainer of Phillip Crosby Institute of Total Quality Management, he has brought strategic shift to the corporate world through education of productivity – changing the culture of the American workplace by working with individuals and coaching project teams. Robert is also a graduate of Project Leadership, training leaders in American education to become motivators and change agents.
Robert has been listed in Who’s Who in American Education and honored as an Outstanding School Administrator at a state-wide level. Participating in the editing and formatting of student prose and poetry, his students received the benefit of his coaching and mentorship to achieve accolades as student authors in state-wide writing competitions.
Bringing skills to the publishing industry, Robert has experience authoring and co-authoring workplace and production manuals and publishing newsletters for corporations of 1200 to 1500 employees. An avid reader, his proof-reading skills have been finely polished, as has non-fiction writing in crafting legal-administrative policy manuals in the education industry. Robert’s love of reading has lead to his becoming an avid supporter of other authors through providing quality, editing, proof-reading and book reviews. He is also adept at MLA and APA writing style guides. Robert brings his greatest asset to the Voices in Print program, offering editing and proof-reading prior-to-print works.
Now retired, Robert enjoys reading, and supporting authors, playing with his grandchildren, communes with nature on the “links” and traveling with his best friend.
